Job Title: Interior Architect/Designer
Work Schedule
40 hours/week; 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Rate of Pay
$38,022 per year
Job Description
Designing and building interiors for safety, functionality and aesthetics. Must have an understanding of the durability and strength of building materials, use of light, color and textures in a space and furnishings. Must be able to draft plans to create or refinish spaces. Ability to interact with different clients, additional architects or designers, construction teams and inspectors.
Must be able to follow government regulations so the designs are up-to-code. Must have experience with Auto CAD (2D and 3D), 3DMAX, and V-Ray.

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in design or Interior Architecture or foreign equivalent.
